Sengemeier Bearings

Product Characteristics:
Sengemüller bearings are bearings with particularly thick outer rings which, when used in groups, are mounted on stationary shafts as support rollers. The pressure on the work rolls is transmitted to the support rolls through the intermediate rolls and to the frame through the saddle system. Generally used in multi-roll cold rolling mill equipment, but also can be used in other occasions.
Backing bearings are multi-row cylindrical roller bearings, the bearings themselves require very high precision, especially after the elimination of radial clearance of the inner diameter to the outer diameter of the section height (T-value) is particularly important, in each shaft, T-value are controlled within 0.005mm, which requires the bearing parts precision must be very high.
