Feature Spherical rollers are put between the spherical raceway on the outer ring and the two grooves on the inner ring for there bearings. Since the center of the arc raceway on the outer ring is the same as the center of the whole bearing arrangement, there bearings are self-aligned and automatically adjust the bending of the shaft and housing and the eccentricity. The bearings can carry radial load and axial load in double directions. The especial radial load carrying capability makes there bearings suitable for heavy load and shock load carrying.

Spherical roller bearings

Product Characteristics
Spherical roller bearings have two rows of spherical rollers, the outer ring has a common concave spherical raceway, the inner ring has two concave raceways tilted at an angle to the bearing axis, the curvature centre of the outer ring raceway is the same as the bearing centre. Spherical roller bearings are self-aligning, not subject to shaft and bearing box misalignment or shaft deformation deflection, can compensate for the resulting concentricity error. This type of bearing in addition to bear radial load, but also can withstand two-way axial load and its combined load, bearing capacity is larger, at the same time has a better anti-vibration, shock resistance.
Application areas
Spherical roller bearings are mainly used in iron and steel, mining, papermaking, shipping, textile machinery, coal mills, electric power and other industries in a variety of mechanical equipment, is the most widely used in the mechanical industry, a class of bearings.
